Hi I am prashant rane agent of CBU 3 mumbai My client Go to hospital for pre approval and hoospital send quatation to TPA for 4 lac bur TPA approved only 1 lac  & give note as per    GIPSA Tarrif my client is pannic and call me and want to explanation what is tarrif is not mention before policy taken from me and not mention in policy. so he want explanation how to      face this problem
