I am T.D.Venkatasubramanian Agent( Retired Branch Manager) and recently from October 1st onwards, unable to get the following areas of operations in the mobile app and need your immediate help in sorting out the same
1) Header line of policy number not available for policy search ie. No number visible on top when downloading policy. 2) From today, when downloading policy unable to share with customers as there is a message saying" external storage permission not available
3) Previous version was good and from October 23
App not friendly for agents.
