while renewing policies online there is no provision to change the address of the policy holder.Previously it was possible.Hope the authorities would make changes so as to effect change of address

 Only renewal is allowed online. You have visit our policy issuing office or you can send a mail with a Govt proof of address bearing current policy number to meenakshi.sharma@orientalinsurance.co.in .

I am shocked to see your reply, as when an agent issue fresh policy on portal without submitting any proof of address then why at the time of renewal you are not providing such option?
