Today, now  i am in processes of renewing one my renewal of motor policy, Last year this is fresh policy without any NCB, but today in our system take bydefault 25%  NCB at the time of renewal  (Originally this year the NCB slab is 20%) Plase give any advice for in our portal / website , can i change the slab of NCB from 25% to 20%,
today is expiry date of that policy.  (Last year policy is our OICL Policy)
