Health Insurance of Our Tie up banks like PNB (Health Royal) and OBC is very less as compared to our floater policy due to which client get distracted .Moreover our TPA like RAKSHA TPA is not giving good services at all .unnecessary quries are raised for claim settlement due to which the claim is delayed .only part approval of claim is given by TPA in cashless format also due to which the Insured gets harrased . any suggestions
