Dear sir /mam I was making a TP renewal of proposal no R/345100/31/2021/40065975/2  with transaction code VHD49832967436  and the amount was also debited from a /c but the policy was not generated and a system message was reflected premium receipt was not found in core system. Plz process this  asap
