I am an agent of CBO Chandni Chowk (271602). I have not received my monthly 'incentive' since March 2019 to July 2019 in spite of various requests to the Branch Manager and the Agency Manager. Is this kind of delay justifiable? How much time does it take for the payment to process? Is there any particular time limit or any guideline for this to occur?
Can anybody guide me as to whom I can contact in regard to this matter?
