Sir,     I have in the past introduced 10 dealer accounts to our company particularly, Deepam Honda group and Unique Motors group and have brought in around 3 crores of premium 
to our company.I have parted with all the commission earned to the said dealers and only I was giving good service. There was no incentive paid to me and now there is a systemof MISP
where it is learnt that the deler will get 22.5% infra. I have learnt that even my name will not be displayed in the policy issued by the dealers and all my hardwork has been a waste
since they say that no credit will be given to the agents. Further no incentive will also be paid.  Please enlighten mewhether this is correct. Then how can I bring in more delers premium
to our company?. Your reply is expected.
