I wish to inform you that I am unable to obtain QUOTE for the Private Car Standalone Policy.
Portal system shows  '" SYSTEM ERROR - CONTACT OICL OFFICE".

Today being  SATURDAY, NO OFFICE IS opened and 
It has been informed that the INCHARGES of B.C. is not given the authorisation to provide // Issue the Policy.

With this information I requeste the Management should provide the authorised Official , who can provide the 
QUOTE as well as issuance of the Policy.
