The system is not accepting the Engine and Chassis nos. Message is shown as ïncorrect Engine/Chassis nos". Kindly advice on how to enter the Engine and chassis nos while issuing a new motor policy.

Enter corect 17 digits chassis number and full engine number as per RC

  Yes as per Mr. ramesh sir I am also facing this problem after entering correct ENG / Chasis No.   Some times if we re enter the proposal then this number through the system and go the button as Calculate Premium.
