I would like to share some of my own and other Agents' experiences that as compare to other Health Alone companies, Oriental's mediclaim premiums are on higher side and there's no additional features like No Claim Bonus, Free Health Checkups, No caping of Room Rents etc. Due to these we are loosing our business regularly. Every month many of our clients are moving towards better options.
This is serious matter. I think Company's higher officials should take proper care of these problems so that our business can be sustained.
