Need Remedy to Portal Payment Gateway - Transaction Failures

OICL may ensure consistent smooth operation of our OICL website to intermediaries/Customers without payment gateway failures and KYC compliance errors, its the Need Hour & must designatate 24 hrs support to them by designated few OICL officials, This would not only optimize our resources but also promote work-life balance for the team.
Especially during Transaction are Failed from 4 pm to 7 pm invariably on all days except holidays(debited amount from payee account must be reveresed immediatly instead of 3 to 7 days  as of now), may be due to traffic with PAN India offices also in queue for day end process.
Hence this anomoly/bug to be resolved immediatly.
