DEAR UMESH , SWAROOP AND RAKESH
. COMPANY DECLARED  ITS  SCHEME AS ON 21/05/2020 BUT AS PER  INCENTIVE SCHEME  COMPANY DECLARED THAT IF RENEWAL PREMIUM MORE THAN 70%  THAN YOU ARE CAPABLE . DEAR FRIENDS  IT IS IMMPOSSIBLE TO ACHIEVE  70% RENEWAL IN THE TIME OF  COVID 19. THAN HOW CAN WE ACHIEVE   INCENTIVES. I WROTE TO COMPANY AS ON 24/05/2020   AND AS ON 30MAY I SAW COMPANY  APPROVE MY DEMAND . BUT TODAY IS 29TH JUNE  A MONTH HAS BEEN GONE BUT TILL TODAY COMPANY NOT DECLARE THE CHANGE INCENTIVE SCHEME. 

Motor incentive sirf renewal business ko diya ja raha hai...our hamne jo lockdown me bhi corona se ladkr fresh our new business laya hai uski company ke hisab se koi value nahi?

Dear friends
         To help prevent the agents in this pandemic situation I have written mails to management on 27th march,16th april & 7th May to declare a agent friendly incentive scheme without any criteria,but Company did not heard this.In return We in five states observe premium bandh on 29th May to 31st May.Then management told that the revised scheme is under process.Now they have blocked our e -mails & not receiving our calls.This is management
