my client took Super Top up mediclaim policy and made payment through net banking on 10th June 20. Balance was deducted from his account but till date Policy is not generated and nor premium is refunded . I had email same issue to portal.support, but till date no reply received.

 if this policy is generated by advisor portal , then go to download-----download policy----by mobile no .
 i hope you will able to download policy .
 secondly , take a transaction id share with your branch it will solve .
