Misslinias policy me 3rd praty karne ka option nahi deta hai please add karne ka kast kare  aur koe bhi oriental insurance policy ko riniwal karte time uska pura detatial dekhane ka aur change karene ka option hona chahiye aur package policy ko riniwal karte time 3rd party ka bhi optione hona chahiye

Please write the query to managenemt team not to IT Deptt. IT Deptt. work after approval from Management so kindly write to management they will definitely solve issue regarding endorsement in OICL Agent Portal

i am agree with your problem same problem here but our mangament team could not take it seriously. Many people wants both option of act and package  while renewal the policy bcz it was customres demand .
