Dear sir/madam

i made payment using net banking payment method but after debiting my account the page got stucked on oriental site This page is doing internal policy related operations after the successful payment. Please wait... this message showing but not moving ahed . just give me solution as early as possible

my health policy number is 131400/48/2019/16371

pls check at advisor portal .

go to advisor portal ---------DOWNLOAD ----DOWNLOADING POLICY -----BY MOBILE NUMBER------- GENERATE TOKEN ----- OTP --- DOWNLOAD POLICY .

 but why your policy no 2019 it should be 2020 .
