DEAR SIR , 
FIRST OF ALL THANKING FOR THE OPTION - LINK PAYMENT - PAYMENT LINK SEND TO THE CUSTOMER VIA MAIL ID, 

BUT THERE IS A PROBLEM IN THAT - VERY FIRST STEP THE PAYMENT DONE IS SUCESSFUL BUT AFTER 3-4 DAYS PAYMENT IS REBURSED IN THE RELATED ACCOUNT OF THE CUSTOMER , AND POLICY IS IN CANCELATION MODE 
PLS RESOLVE THE ERROR 
AND OPEN THE PAYMENT LINK WITH SUCCESSFUL MODE

Sometime due to technical mistake or network intervances it may happen. If you don't found the tagged policy & receipt after payment understand that it failure & try again. payment on account of 1st transaction will revert within 7 days in same account automatically from online suspend account if not post to vendor.
