i had enquired about condtion required for offerting this facility to any working agent. Also tme limt required to submit such colleted cheque to OICL office by empowered agents. This i had enquired three months back but still no one attended issue. 
I feel this forem is not very active or been restricted to be attended by reslovers. I feel this was the very effective mode to update our field force team through interection with learned officers of OICl. If such lathergic attutude pertains then it is of no more effectively used by us. I got disappointmented with this sir.
