I have registered a insurance claim for my car on monday. Oriental not covered all the damages. The surveyor( sandeep) not provide me proper information. I have spoke with the issue office person( mandakini). But not getting any solution from them. Yesterday, I sent an email to the regional officer but I haven’t received any response from him. No one is picking up my call now. The surveyor disconnect my call all the time by saying he was busy. I contacted to the
