why our portal support does'nt instruct our operating office to enable this facility?, this is really surprising and discouraging for the agents like us who always think, how to increase the premium procurement from this competitive market. I request personally to the heigher officials of our HO IT Dept. to initiate and facilitate this at our immediate offices.

after several requests to the operating office as well as the regional office, the problem still persists, its really rudiculous.
