in oriental, the officials make unnecessory decisions by their own way..In new circular dated 30.5.2018, they announce a new incentive structure..that is monthly wise.. two months were gone,april,may.. the agents lost their incentives... why the officilas not announce the circular in the financial year.. Its too bad... there is nothing to do for their agents.... 
Please make a monthly target with previous year premuims, and give it to the agents in advance..
