It has become difficult to work on Agent's Portal as it is creating problems in its operation.

Some of the problems are as under:-

1. I enter  last year OIC policy no. for renewal and proceed for renewal now. 
It does not proceed and last year policy no. is filled up again and again but in most of the cases it does not work.
It is very irritating and I can not renew policy on portal smoothly.

2. It does not show IDV of the vehicle being renewed.  Moreover, if  I want to view Premium Calculation sheet, it wants Insured's Code and last date of expire of insurance. These are not handy while renewing on portal. Moreover, what purpose does it serve, is not understood.

3. While renewing motor insurance, it takes IDV of last year.  It calculates premium on last year's IDV. It is against the norms/rules.

Above anomolies/problems be removed/sorted out immediately.

In the meantime, in case of urgency, Motor Cover Notes may be allowed to be issued to the customers.

I agree there are some issue in the portal but you will find the issues when portal is in the process of upgration or data sync. I am using from so many years, sometimes it happens.
