While we renew existing policies by our portal contact details of mobile no. E.Mail I.D & address could not update inspite  after renewal.  Every time we force to request our branch to do the necessary changes that too we are facing uncomfortable.  Kindly initiate to rectify the error for the benefit of customer satisfaction.
