we are going to provide online policy to customers, but there are still some problems.

First one, is that I cannot renew Oriental Insurance Policy of other branch/agent, Even if I want to give more discount than previous (i.e. 60%), I could not do so. Even I could not revise the address of the client.
Second one, If I give mobile number in renewal insurance, the number does not exist in policy.
Third one, In case of Lapsed policy, provide option to upload RC and vehicle pics online. so that one cane do insurance even on SAT/SUN and on holidays also.
