        I am unable to issue motor covernote of GCCV older than 7 years and four/two wheeler older than 10 years and in portal i am unable to renew the same online. New covernote books has not been issued by the branch office. pls help us, otherwise we will start losing the buisness because the cleint always gives cheque/cash after issuing covernote or he decide after issuing covernote that he will pay through cheque or by cash. in case of ecovernote we have to mention that the payment received by cheque or cash. in case of cheque we have to mention cheque no., dt., amount and bank branch also . pls look into the matter
