Corporation circular as a matter of promoting portal use and to save office time , sationary and work force, introduced incentive of Rs.65 or 3% of premium as portal incentive from 15.05.2017 to agents. Earlier a discount of 5% of premium was allowed to client for online policies and renewals. It was discontinued since last of march 2017 & all my portal renewals are not allowed with this 5% discount for online renewals.
I am promoting online renewal of policies since most of our under writing offices have less staff and renewal notices does not indicate renewal premiums like other PSU. Portal renewal shows only last year premium. But corporation does not pay any incentive to me as promised. My mails to Regional Manager and agency cell are not replied.Company silence over this issue is sending wrong message to all agents. Kindly reply

This is fact, in our office no adequate staff to do even regular renewal work. My own premium around Rs. 4,00,000/- has not been booked in December 2017 which was submitted on 27.12.2017. So it is natural, for benefit of the hardwork done in November and December I have to wait till next commission cycle is run 

This issue can be solved only when there is a central mechanism to issue all incentivess for Agents in their respective Regional offices.The underwriting offices are reluctant and they have no mindset to the welfare of agents.each and every  time when the issue is raised they invent new reasons so as to ignore this matter. 

i recived my portal incentive regularly ,i think it is your branch level's problem.
