I want to know whether blood relative of employee's can work as an agent or not?

sir, i was working in spic in the year 1989. my father was gm new india assurance company ltd. i thought of resigning from spic join as agent and within 6 months development officer vacancy going to come. but my father refuse to join me as a agent also.after my father retires then only i joined as agent and by that time the development officer vacancy also filled.why i am telling u is strictly speaking u r not supposed to work if u have concious.but these days who are seeing the consicious.any doubt pl call me 9841015847
