Below are some difficulties identified in agency portal 
1. Commercial Vehicle can not be serviced through online portal, Please propose the way forward
2.  No option to renew Lapsed cases
3. Multiple CD account/Portal access for same agent is not available 
4. Process of payment - Payment Link option is not available (if we want to issue any policy to customer & customer wants to pay from his account, there is not option to mail him payment link) 
5. POS integration is not currently available for agency portal 
Please look in to all the constrains at the earliest, so that we can work with less effort & scale up business quickly
