Dear Sir,
Iam sreevalsan, Agent code BA0000042286  under taliparamba branch, kannur, kerala now it become Divisional 0ffice, but still our agency portal carrying the old branch code 441604. So that we could not make use of portal in all sense. And also we are unable to open the portal by giving ID and Password as before. And compelled to do with Mobile OTP instead of the same. so, even an network issue caused on mobile network, unless the OTP not received in the right time usage of portal becoming impossible. So, kindly request you to update the code and solve the login issue at the earliest.
