Yearly incentive for 2015-16 and 2016-17 not yet issued.Other incentives for  motor ,mediclaim, portal and other Misc are also yet to receive.Since the underwriting offices are busy with otherworks they do not give priority for this  .There must be a central mechanism in each  RO to take care of such things and issue the incentives in time.
Ther is no provision to effect address change in agent portal as well as mobile apps .An seperate column to add AAdhar number and PAN should also be  included in the portal.
The CD account for agents is very useful.It would be more helpful if the provision has been made that theCD amount shall be adjusted for Agents paying premium in the underwriting office
