Almost all POS Iin Chennai Region is not functioning
.The landline gateway between the service provider and BSNL seems to have a big problem. Management despite issues is turning a blind eye to it and deliberately or otherwise scuttling the Digital India Plan of Our PM
Alternate GPRS enabled POS and other avenues which are available are also not being looked into. Mini POS attachable to users cell phone are also not being provided to Agents.
Kindly someone post this in Twitter so that our useless selfish visionless General Managers wake up !!!

Dear Sir,

You can send the query to your respective R.O. Now an agent can also escalte the issues  to R.O. IT will be attended for sure. Here POS machines are very well functioning.
