1. unlike other psu companies viz. uii etc. (as the agent of uii says) we are not able to collect premium paid by cheque on portal. Is there any provision for that?
2. how can we claim for portal expense and what is the extent of amount payable for that and also can we see the business done on portal at our dashboard?
