1. we have told by our incharge that now agents can sell commercial vehicle policy on portal and renew the same, but while going for renewal or even for a new commercial vehicle , portal says  to contact nearest oic office.

Yes its right but in commercial vehicals we required more discounts as compare to our allowed disount so these problem may arised..
