  1. In renewals, even after providing / changing E-Mail ID and Mobile No., it doesn’t show in policy documents.
  2. Communication Address can’t be change by Agents. Many policies have incomplete, incorrect addresses. So, it should be permitted.
  3. Where renewal is done by clients through our website, option - “Do you wish to continue with your existing Agent/Broker in your new policy?” should not be asked
  4. In House Holder Renewal, Terrorism Premium automatically added in renewal premium.
