We all know eKYC is mandatory for all policies wef 01.01.2023, recently OICL Portal also enabled for the same, but not easy to update KYC as expected by the User Agent.
Enabled for Voter ID, DL & Pasport but to our dismay Unique Aadhar for both Indentity & Address proof is not enabled/included.
Almost every Indian has Aadhar and PAN linked with their Aadhar, Hence these two to be added in the list at the earliest for easy updation of KYC.
If any approval required from Aadhar Kendra to be obtained at the earliest.
Similarly provision for CKYC (for those having 14 Digit CKYC) to be made available in portal & Inlias at UW offices, to update eKYC without producing all necessary physical documents.
