Blood stock horses are not covered.
Covered Risks Death due to accident and or diseases contracted or occurring during the period of insurance and subject to terms, conditions and exclusions of the policy.
Major Exclusions Common exclusions : As per Cattle Policy. Specific exclusions as disease contracted prior to commencement of risk. Racing, hunting and blood stock purpose. Disease viz. Glanders, South African Horse Sickness (SAHC), Rinderpest, Arthrax, Black Quarter, Foot & Mouth disease, Tetanus etc.
